A Washington woman has died as the result of injuries she sustained in a crash earlier this week.
Authorities say 57-year-old Donna Dashner was sitting at the stoplight at State Road 57 and the U.S. 50 Bypass when her car rolled into the intersection and was hit by an eastbound cement truck. Dashner was initially taken to the Daviess Community Hospital before being flown to Deaconess in Evansville for treatment. Dashner died because of those injuries on Thursday.
The driver of the cement truck was uninjured in the crash. Authorities say it appears the cement truck had the right of way in the crash
